worlds collide as Zoe takes a hostess job, hoping to make her big break with an
expose. Dax, while attracted to
Zoe—known to him as Kate Kendell— doesn’t quite trust her. And he’s right to
follow those instincts whether she’s only one of the people he can’t trust or
not.
The premier of this serial offers up intrigue and a hint at
plenty of devious, sexy fun as both of these characters are willing to play
fast and loose with their scruples. “Kate” skirts the line of journalism
ethics, along with disregarding identity theft laws and a pesky non-disclosure
agreement. And while she’s throwing principles out the door, what’s the harm in
screwing around with the boss? Especially when he’s the sexy, looming, secret-hiding,
in control Dax Ryan.
